The Desk Edge Socket Holder V1 is a 3-part desk mount designed to hold a power socket securely on the edge of a table.
It consists of a cable-side bracket, a socket-side bracket, and a clamping screw with a printed thread.
This first version features a 45° mounting angle, making it ideal for a clean and ergonomic setup.

The mount is designed for sockets with dimensions of 45 mm (width) × 40 mm (height) or 46 mm (width) × 25 mm (height)  and fits tabletop thicknesses up to 35 mm.

Printing details:

• Printed with PLA (other materials possible)
• 0.2 mm layer height recommended
• 20–30 % infill
• No supports required (depending on printer orientation)

Assembly:
Simply insert both brackets around the socket, align them on the table edge, and tighten the clamping screw until the mount is securely fixed.

Update (October 19, 2025):

• The screw thread tolerance has been adjusted from +0.2 mm to +0.1 mm for improved fit.
• A cable-side bracket with a cable slot has been added to allow easier insertion of the power strip plug.
