Z-AXIS LINEAR GUIDE RING

This ring is designed to prevent filament residue in the lower compartment of our P1S, P2S, P1P, X1C, and X1E printers from slipping into the hole of the linear guide. It’s only 2 mm tall and won’t interfere with the printer’s Z-axis movements.

This accessory was conceived as part of another project I’m currently working on… so STAY TUNED if you’re interested in keeping your beloved printer clean!

I’ve printed it in both PETG and TPU, and printing profiles for these materials are included.

Note: wait for the part to cool down and harden before removing it from the build plate to avoid deforming the joints.

Tip: due to the awkward position, it’s best to snap the pieces together around the axis first, then insert them into the hole.
