Quintet of Ghosts

Whilst learning Fusion I ended up creating this set of five cute ghosts for Halloween.
They make use of the many chinese "Walking Windup" Motor"s that can be found all over the internet.

There file features each ghost on its own build plate and an inside head part. 
I printed the Ghost “body or shell” in Glow in the Dark PLA but if you choose the same then remember - Glow In Dark PLA will destroy a stainless nozzle very quickly and should be printed with a hardened steel nozzle.

The inside head part is printed in a contrasting color for the eyes and mouth. I made it a separate “plug” part rather than an AMS colour change.

Supports are required on both parts and are easy to remove. The Inside head part though has a recess on the base which is supported and can be missed when taking off the build plate. Remove as you would remove any other support that is built on a face lying on the build plate.

Construction is as follows:-

• Print a ghost “body” and an inside head part.
• Clean out the inside supports (including the recess on the inside head part).
• Push the inside head part into the ghost body
• Push the windup motor - the friction fit of this should negate the need to glue anything
