这是一个可以翻转面板的日历。

背面打印有对勾，方便实现打卡功能，可以用于训练健身记录，或者其他有需求的记录均可。

打印须知：

       1.建议使用PLA打印，效果会更好。

       2.无需额外支撑，可以直接一体打印，从打印机上取下来就可以使用了。

       3.若出现粘连，可用刀片分开粘连处即可。

       4.无需AMS可实现多色打印，首次换料需在打印完对勾后，手动暂停（已添加黄色圆柱体便于抓住暂停时机）

       5.第二次暂停在打印日期时，可换成喜欢的颜色。

       6.拥有AMS的朋友，需要将暂停打印取消。

Printing instructions:
      1. It is recommended to use PLA printing for better results.
      2. No additional support is required, it can be directly printed as a whole and can be used by removing it from the printer.
      3.If adhesion occurs, a blade can be used to separate the adhesive area.
      4. Multi color printing can be achieved without AMS, and the first material change needs to be manually paused after the check mark is printed (a yellow cylinder has been added to seize the pause opportunity)
      5. The second pause can be changed to a favorite color when printing the date.
      6. Friends with AMS need to cancel the pause in printing.
