A fully parametric circular mounting plate generator designed in OpenSCAD for creating precise, customizable bases or covers for electronics, sensors, or 3D-printed assemblies.
This model uses a center-origin coordinate system, allowing easy hole placement via signed X/Y coordinates.
It supports both CSV-style hole input strings and up to 25 per-hole text slots, letting you quickly define through-holes, blind holes, and countersinks with exact depth and location control.
Optional X and Y “back channels” carve straight cylindrical wire troughs through the disk.
A 3D edge fillet keeps the plate edges smooth while preserving the exact outer diameter and thickness.

NOTE: for larger diameters use larger fn values for smoother edges. I'll now go up to 366 when making mounting plates for unification APs.
