Realistic Ear Display — Oval Backplate

A realistic human ear set on a soft oval backplate for a refined, gallery-style presentation. The elongated shape frames the ear and gives extra negative space around jewelry, making it great for product photos and craft fairs. Anatomical detail keeps pieces seated convincingly, and the lobe includes a piercing channel you can size post-print.

Print notes

• Prints cleanly in resin; FDM recommended at 0.12–0.20 mm layers.
• Place the oval plate flat on the bed.
• Finish with light sanding and primer; optionally drill the piercing to match your stud or hoop gauge.

This model is a remix of the original rectangular-base ear display (Ear for earring). Only the backplate outline was changed to an oval shape; the ear mesh and scale remain the same.
