This is a hat holder that can be mounted on the wall without hardware. It is designed to accommodate one large command strip. But you could probably get by with a smaller one. Any double sided sticky tape should work. Command strips are just easier to remove.

One large command strip is rated to support up to about 4 pounds (1.8 kg). This is more than enough to hold up this hook, plus a hat. 

Recessed screw holes are included if you prefer to use them. 

This model is a modified version of Alesteria's Wall Hat Holder. I fixed overhangs and sharp edges, and replaced the screw holes with recessed versions (so your screw heads don't stick out).
