Snap-Together Case for Raspberry Pi 5 with AI Hat 💻

I initially couldn't find a 3D printable case designed specifically for the Raspberry Pi 5 and a specialized AI Hat, like the HAILO 8, so I created this one! This case is designed to be fully snap-together, requiring no screws.

While I designed it around the HAILO 8 Ai hat, it should accommodate many other standard Raspberry Pi hats as well.

Assembly Instructions

REMOVE SD CARD WHILE PLACING OR REMOVING PI FROM CASE

THE PI MUST BE “TILTED” INTO THE CASE DO NOT TRY TO SHOVE THE PI STRAIGHT IN 

1. Tilt and Hook: Begin by tilting the Pi 5. "Hook" the ports on the long edge (the one with the USB-C power port) into their respective holes on the case bottom.
2. Snap Down: Once the long edge is seated, the rest of the Pi should be able to be pushed in flat.
3. Secure the Lid: Finally, snap the cover firmly into place.

CAD File Release

I will be releasing the CAD files once the Bambu Exclusive model minimum time limit expires. I plan to continue improving and updating the model during this timeframe based on feedback and my own testing.
