I've tried several frisbee models from makerworld, none of which was flying great.

So i started designing my own one and after several versions, im happy with the result.

Its airfoil is a mix of a midrange and a fairway disc.
It flies straight, precise and can be controlled very well. Characteristics I missed when I tried other models.

The disc has a diameter of 240mm. Scale it to any size you prefer.

Use TPU (HF) for maximum durability and safety.
 

It surely can be printed with stiff materials too, but i havnt tried so far.
It may even fly better but with the sacrifice of durability.
