• Individual Parts for Best Quality: The pumpkin consists of the Base (bottom mount), the individual Ribs, and the Stem (top mount). This design allows each component to be printed in the optimal orientation, leading to a smoother surface and a cleaner print result – completely free of bothersome support structures in critical areas.
• Innovative, Glueless Assembly: The parts are engineered for a robust connection:
  • The ribs are inserted into the two mounts (Base and Stem mount).
  • At the bottom, the base is secured with a printed screw (included in the print file).
  • At the top, the Stem is designed as a thread that screws into the top mount, tightly clamping and securing the entire structure.

🛠️ Printing and Assembly Instructions

Crucial Note on Ribs:

The print plate for the ribs only contains 4 pieces to ensure the best print quality. However, 14 ribs are required in total for the complete model assembly. You must print this plate 4 times (4 x 4 = 16 ribs total) and then use 14 of the pieces.

Assembly:

1. Print all parts: Bottom Base, Top Stem Mount, 14 Ribs (print the 4-piece plate 4 times), Stem (as a thread), and the small bottom screw.
2. First, insert the 14 ribs into the slots of the bottom Base.
3. Secure the ribs in the bottom base with the small, included printed screw.
4. Now, place the Top Stem Mount onto the free ends of the ribs.
5. Screw the Stem (as a thread) into the top mount to securely brace the entire construction.
