These are the blocks from scratch tactile but made smaller in length and width while keeping the thickness so it can be printed on a A1 Mini.

Since the files from scratchtactile.org are hosted on a paid platform if you want to resize to print and the zipped sources are a bit messy and broken I have cleaned them up and converted them for your convenience.
