The CF Crow is perched with a watchful stance, its body wrapped in sharp crystalline facets that mimic layered feathers. The angular geometry of the wings and tail emphasize both sleekness and intelligence, capturing the enigmatic aura of this bird. Its beak and eyes are sharply defined, lending a sense of alertness and mystery.

Purpose

The Crow introduces a darker, more symbolic character to the collection. Known as a bird of wisdom, cunning, and folklore, it adds narrative depth and contrast against more majestic avian designs like the CF Albatross or CF Bluejay. Its compact form also makes it a versatile addition to any display.

Printing Recommendations

Deep black, gunmetal gray, or dark bronze filaments work best to highlight the crow’s mystique. A satin or semi-matte finish enhances the crystalline feather effect while maintaining subtle reflections. Supports are recommended beneath the beak and tail for cleaner definition.

Assembly Instructions

The CF Crow is designed as a single-piece print. After printing, a matte varnish can help reduce plastic sheen while protecting surface detail. Optional light dry brushing in silver or deep blue tones can be applied to wing edges or around the eyes to enhance its presence without compromising its dark silhouette.
