Updated BOX — V2 Now Available in Print Profiles

This version is slightly wider and taller to better fit UX and CX Beyblades. Since these models vary a bit in size, extra clearance has been added at the top and sides. With this change BX blades have more room to move. For a snug fit, you can add a piece of foam inside the lid.

Beyblade X 3-Deck Box Holder

This is a storage case designed to hold three Beyblade X tops securely in place. The design is optimized for functionality, durability, and ease of printing while maintaining a clean, compact form factor.

Features:

• Capacity: Holds 3 Beyblade X tops (standard size). Each slot is designed for a snug but non-damaging fit to prevent movement during transport.
• Compact Case: Slim rectangular profile with hinged lid for portability and protection.
• Snap Fit Closure: The lid uses a built-in snap latch to stay closed without additional hardware.

Print Details:

• Recommended Print Orientation: Print base and lid flat on the build plate for best surface finish and structural strength.
• Supports: Not required (model is designed to be support-free).
• Layer Height: 0.2 mm recommended (can be adjusted for detail/print speed preference).
• Infill: 15–20% is sufficient for durability.
• Material: PLA or PETG
• Tolerance: Designed with standard 3D printer tolerances (0.2–0.3 mm clearance for lid fit).

Notes:

• Tested with multiple Beyblade X tops for fit accuracy, some bits are a little loose but beys still stay in spot with lid closed.
• Can be scaled in slicer if adjustments are needed for non-standard parts.
• Optional: add foam inserts for additional protection during transport.
• The coloured edge is only there if you use a brim as it prints the colour you used for the text as the brim, I do this on purpose as I like the coloured edge, but if you do not want that then just turn off brim. 
• ** This is a single print not separated, make sure your printer is tuned well so you have the best chance and the hinges moving straight off the print bed, it might take a little force to get them to move but only if your printer is printing optimal.
