To start with, I've settled on using the Starlink Mini pole adapter plate as my standard way of attaching to a stand. This lets me use various adapter pucks instead of an actual pole, to mount the Starlink Mini on a tripod, Quick Clamp, or Painters pole. See my adapter pucks here:
But, the pole adapter plate is a bit hard to remove if I want to disconnect the cable. Plus I needed a way to safely store the cable and power brick when not in use. So I designed this plate that bolts to the back of the pole adapter plate, allows you to wrap the cable around it, and lets you snap the power brick into place underneath it.
I attached the plate using 6mm bolts - two 30mm long and one 10mm long. Note that the short one is used to allow the pole clamping screw to clear it, so you can tighten or loosen that screw without removing the cable wrap plate. But, as can be seen in one of my photos, I had to insert that short screw from the bottom, with the nut on the outside because the head of the bolt is thinner than the nut, and allows the pole clamping screw to pass by. But the clearance is very tight and the pole clamping screw head does rub on the head of the short bolt as it passes by. You could probably do better with a slightly smaller diameter bolt that has a countersink head. That should allow a bit more clearance, but what I did works fine.
I printed mine with PETG-HF, using Bambu's PLA/PETG support material for the support interface, although it should print fine without using the support material. The outside of the angled part of the plate, where the supports are used, does come out a bit rough even when using support material. But this is a functional part and doesn't have to be perfect.
I'd stay away from using PLA. With the thin areas of this plate, PLA is too brittle and will likely break as it becomes more brittle over time. PETG should work fine, although ASA would be even better if you intend to leave it outside for long periods of time. ASA is highly UV resistant and is great for outdoor parts.
Note that the printed part is about 220 x 202mm so it won't fit on an A1 mini.
