Modified the Bambu Lab P1S chamber light by replacing the stock milky diffuser with a clear cover and switching the rear reflector from white paint to a mirror finish, which redirects more light onto the build plate for clearer monitoring and timelapses. In like‑for‑like before/after photos the chamber is visibly brighter and more evenly lit, and a quick image analysis of the two shots indicates roughly 29% higher average brightness in the central area.

Measurement note

The estimate comes from comparing grayscale means in a central region of both images to avoid edge glare, providing an objective figure that aligns with the visual improvement. This quantifies the effect of the clearer diffuser plus mirrored reflector without changing other printer settings between shots.
