Descrição
This is a projector screen ceiling mount. It can move up and down and back and forth + a little bit (2cm) in left/right. It is about 1 kg of PETG HF. It is able to hold my 12 kg screen and seems pretty sturdy. Use at your own risk, I can not be held responsible for any damage.
You will need:
- 1kg PETG HF
- M6*50mm Screw x 8: 4 is also possible, but it is better with 8
- 3030 Aluminium Extrusion x 2: The length is as long as the screen is meant to move.
- M6 hex Nut x 8: 4 is also possible, but it is better with 8
- M6 Nut for Aluminium Extrusion x 4: Buy as many as you need for the screen to be attached to the Aluminium Extrusion
- M6 Screw x 4: The length is the amount you need to screw the projector screen into the Aluminium Extrusion. Also buy as many as you need for the screen to be attached to the Aluminium Extrusion
- Screws for attaching to the ceiling x 8: You will also need 8 washers with a max diameter of 18mm
Instructions:
1. Print everything
2. Attach the parts like this (2x):

Use the screws and nuts at the highest and lowest point of the inner and outer piece like shown in the image
(Ignore the different heights, you are supposed to use similar heights) (Also put in the Aluminium Extrusion Nuts before Assembly).
3. Drill the holes at the correct position
4. Mount the ceiling pieces (
) to the ceiling
5. Attach the Aluminium Extrusion to the projector screen using the Nuts:

6. put the outer shell onto the extrusions
7. attach the outer shells to the inner shells:
