Customizable Wavy Kitchen Scale Holder

This is just as the title says: it's a kitchen scale holder you can mount under your cabinets to free up counter space. The main contribution of this model is that you can customize it in height and length to accomodate your scale's dimensions. I am using a fairly slim scale so i printed mine as 15x180mm (HxL).

Printing

I used white PETG since i find it safer in the kitchen, especially if you are mounting this under a cabinet close to the burners (still try not do it and maintain some distance!). You will need supports for the hole underneath the holder which i put in to allow a drill bit to pass though. Make sure to measure your kitchen scale at its thickest point also taking into consideration the rubber feet which may add a couple of mm making the fit too tight.

Customizing

You can edit the height and length of the holders, alongside the diameter of the mounting screw and an “offset” parameter which pushes all the inner faces in. In my case my kitchen scale measures 15mm at its thickest point and i added 2mm of offset to allow it to slide in and out easily. The length of the holder is set to be 4/5 of the length of the scale by default.
