This wall hook is designed in two parts:

• a wall-mounted base,
• a hook that simply slides and clips on top.

With this system, you can easily replace a damaged hook, change the color, or switch to another style without reinstalling the base.
The base comes in two versions:

• visible mount, allowing a two-tone effect,
• hidden mount, for a clean and discreet look when the hook is removed.

The base can be installed with 2 screws (on drywall, wood, etc.) or with strong glue (on tiles, ceramic, etc.).

I have been using these hooks for 3 years: they are very solid, but sometimes they may come off from tiles when holding heavy towels.
