Detachable Rotating Magnet Pen Holder for Skadis

This holder is made for a use with the magnet pen(dispenser) designed by Brian Dean ‘Embedded Magnet Dispenser Tool for 3D Prints’. 

It's very practical, attractive, simplistic and carefully designed!

Magnet Pen is very useful but it's also undeniable that it requires quite some space to store and we also have to cope with all the different sizes to keep it. Brilliant Brian kept one sized part for all, which is ‘thumb lever'(?) (I don't know how to call it, sorry). So I decided to use this part to design a mounting wheel where a pen of any size can fit into.

Rotate

You can rotate the wheel and pick up the pen you need.

I used one 608 bearing but it works without it as well. remove protruding center rod from the bottom cap then fix it directly with M4 screw.  however you still need a M4 heat nut. 

2 Types rotating holder

• Type A : Larger. higher fence. suitable for any sizes of magnet pen
• Type B : Smaller. suitable for smaller magnet pen ~8mm

Detachable

You can detach a pen holder from skadis mounting arm. Original intention was to add a vertical table mount that shares same component from this work. However I'm quite satisfied with this for now. 

Skadis

mounting arm length : about 65mm.

*The one with bearing runs much smoother. I wish this could be useful to somebody!

1. I found out original profile is not updatable nor deletable(Wheel part is turned off in the previous profile). 
2. Instead, I added new profile that has 2 print plates, please use this profile!

1. Recommended to use Bambu studio where you can select objects you want to print as well as adjust them.
