Overview:
My dad has some older cabinets and has had several brackets on the drawers break. The brackets attach to the back of the drawer, and they have wheels that roll along a metal track installed in the cabinet. He took them to multiple stores and was told those aren’t made any more. He shipped a couple different versions to me, and I modeled them and shipped him a bunch of each. He said they work great, but I didn’t personally install them.
If you happen to have comparable drawer hardware, I’ve included my Fusion 360 design, so you customize them if needed.
Assembly:
With version one, I used an M3 screw to attach the wheel. I didn’t need a nut on the other end since I just threaded the 3D printed holes.
Version two is similar, but I added small washers to go between the wheel and bracket. Unfortunately, I did not get a picture of an assembled one before I shipped them.
Printing:
Print in PETG at a minimum. No supports required.
