Pro-4 Tactical Flashlight for Gridfinity 
Braun 800 Flashlight for Gridfinity

I believe Braun (Harbor Freight) and “Pro-4 Tactical” are the same brand for this flashlight. 

This is a 4x2 Gridfinity base. Ideally it would be a 4x1 but I am not a modeler or CAD person.

This design works well enough for my needs. I did not fully retract the light when I modeled, so its not the most compact negative space.
