This is a custom adapter for the Double Alpha Mini Case Feeder on the Dillon 750XL reloading press.
The stock adapter that comes with the Mini Case Feeder does not have the correct dimensions to properly fit into the Dillon case feeder adapter.

I redesigned the part with slightly increased dimensions to ensure a snug and precise fit, allowing for correct installation and stable operation.

Print Settings

• Material: PLA Matte
• Walls: 3 loops
• Infill: 20% (for increased strength)
• Supports: Enabled (used for extra safety)
• Brim: Enabled (for better bed adhesion)

Notes

The printed adapter fits perfectly and securely, resulting in a robust and functional part.

I’m still a beginner in 3D design and printing, so there is room to refine print settings further. That said, this first test already produced a fully functional and reliable object.
