Bear Lock (Hands Off) – A Remix of @eddative’s Design on Thingiverse

This fun-looking bear lock is designed mainly for novelty and style rather than ultimate security, as it can technically be opened with force. It’s easy to assemble by simply snapping the front and back pieces together. This also allows you to print the lock in different colors for a more playful look, see image:

The hole diameter is 6.3 mm, so a padlock with a 6 mm shackle is recommended for smooth movement and easy locking.

Material recommendations:

• ✅ PLA – Easy to print, great for looks, perfect for this novelty design
• ✅ PETG – More durable and slightly flexible for extra strength
• ✅ ABS – Strong but overkill unless you need maximum durability (requires enclosure)

The lock is designed to fit almost any beer or soda bottle perfectly, making it both functional and decorative.
