Das ist mein neues Insert für das immer noch hervorragende Spiel "Stone Age" von Hans im Glück (Deutsche Ausgabe). Es müsste aber auch für die internationale Ausgabe von Z-Man passen.

Einerseits wollte ich alle Teile ordentlich im bisherigen Karton unterbringen und andererseits sollte das Spiel damit schnell aufgebaut werden können, indem die Teilebehälter direkt auf den Spielplan gestellt werden können. 
Dazu wurden die Behälter so angepasst, dass man die enthaltenen Teile auch einfach herausnehmen kann. Außerdem sollte die bisherige Vierteilung im Karton nicht verändert werden und die Optik sollte natürlich auch passen...

Das Insert ist ein Remix mit Modifikationen von folgenden Inserts:

Für Erweiterungen ist derzeit kein Raum vorgesehen. Einzelne Teile aus Promosets oder Minierweiterungen finden aber zwischendrin noch Platz.

Das ganze Set ist auf minimalen Materialverbrauch optimiert (1 Wandlinie, 5% Infill), sowie mit höherer Geschwindigkeit (Schichthöhe 0,24 mm Draft) gedruckt. Gesamtverbraucht ist damit nur ca. 340 g.
Aus meiner Sicht reicht das aus, alles ist auch mit PLA ausreichend stabil. Wer mehr Wert auf Optik legt, sollte mit 2 Wandlinien und z.B. Schichthöhe 0,2 mm (Standard) drucken.

Die Teile sind in verschiedene Druckplatten aufgeteilt, damit jedes Teil separat eingefärbt werden kann. Wer das nicht will, setzt die Platten einfach für sich passend zusammen.
Die Ressourcenbehälter für Holz und Ziegel sind gleich, aber etwas höher wie die für Stein und Gold. 
Der obere Rahmen ist in der Projektdatei in 3 Teile geschnitten und muss zusammengeklebt werden. Die zugehörige .stl - Datei enthält noch den kompletten Rahmen.

This is my new insert for the still excellent game "Stone Age" by Hans im Glück (German edition). It should also work for the international edition of Z-Man.

On the one hand, I wanted to neatly store all the pieces in the existing box, and on the other, I wanted the game to be set up quickly by placing the pieces containers directly on the game board.
To achieve this, the containers were adapted so that the pieces inside could be easily removed. Furthermore, I wanted to keep the existing four-tiered layout of the box intact, and of course, the look had to fit...

There's currently no room for expansions. However, individual parts from promo sets or mini-expansions can still be accommodated.

The entire set is optimized for minimal material consumption (1 wall line, 5% infill) and printed at a higher speed (0.24 mm draft layer height). The total material consumption is only approximately 340 g.
In my opinion, this is sufficient; everything is sufficiently stable even with PLA. Those who place more importance on aesthetics should print with 2 wall lines and, for example, a 0.2 mm layer height (standard).

The parts are divided into different printing plates so that each piece can be colored separately. If you don't want to do this, simply assemble the plates to suit your needs.
The resource containers for wood and brick are the same, but slightly taller than those for stone and gold.
The upper frame is cut into three pieces in the project file and must be glued together. The corresponding .stl file still contains the complete frame.
