Modelo 3D Progressive & Configurable Bridging Test por Nikolai no MakerWorld

Descrição

TLDR: A simple, progressive bridging test to help you dial in your printer settings. Includes a default 10mm-50mm model and two configurable versions to test any bridge length you need.

I designed this bridging test to troubleshoot and eliminate bridging issues on my Bambu Lab P1S. This model helps you systematically find the best settings for speed, cooling, and flow.

Features:

  • Default Model: Comes with 5 bridges, starting at 10mm and increasing by 10mm up to 50mm. Perfect for a quick, general test.
  • Configurable Single Bridge: A model for testing one specific bridge length. Ideal for when you need to perfect a very long bridge for a specific print.
  • Configurable Five-Step Bridge: A model where you can define a single `StepSize`. The five bridges will then be multiples of that value (1x, 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x). For example, setting the StepSize to 8mm will create 8mm, 16mm, 24mm, 32mm, and 40mm bridges.

Print Settings:

  • Layer Height: 0.2 mm
  • Cooling: 100% (this is the most critical setting for bridging!)
  • Bridging Speed: Start with your slicer's default and adjust up or down. Slower isn't always better!
  • Material: Works with any, but results will vary. I recommend starting with PLA.

Please share your makes and comment with the settings that worked best for your printer!
