Here is the roll Harbor Freight Mini Roll cart base everyone has been asking for! 

I will start by thanking everyone who has shown interest and support  that has pushed me to upload my first model. 

This was a little rushed and also my first upload as stated, you will see a few flaws in the photos that I posted. Those flaws have been 

address in the final version, as I try to get these up sooner than later in shown interest. 

The key detail in this file is using no less than 5 walls thickness while printing and I tend to use 4 to 5 layers top and bottom. I used m4 x 6mm

heat sets for the bottom caster mounts. I think the thicker wall in my option will give better strength for the heat seats, I also have the clearance pretty spot on to give max holding grip. 

In the photo you WILL notice a small gap where I cut the file in Bambu studio, this is due to small print bed size and also makes the printing 

easier and fewer supports. The gap you see is from under sizing pocket the HF mini box sets down into, I wanted I snug fit to keep the box from sliding. I did go back and open up the size to allow for a cleaner, flush fit, I also used standard PVC pipe cleaner, primer, glue to hold these parts together and it works nice.
