Looper Tire Inserts

Here's a new design I have been tinkering with. I love my Piranha inserts but I wanted to attempt to simplify it.

How to understand the product codes:

Example: L52-8

L = Looper
52 = 52mm outer diameter (usually suitable for 6 - 10mm larger tire, such as a 60mm tire)
-8 = This number indicates the width in mm of the walls. 8 means 0.8mm walls. Therefore 12 means 1.2mm thick walls. Adjust your firmness of the inserts by choosing a differnet wall thickness.

These still perform dual stage with the open ended “looper", which first touches the rim, then presses it's neighbor, then squishes against both to create progressive stages.

Notes for people who download vs. use print profiles

Arachne wall generator. This is less of a concer with my new designs but still recommended.
If you use support, use normal, not tree supports.
