First, attach the spreader to your track, fill it up, and gently pull it along the rails. This ensures an even and precise distribution of the ballast.

Next, connect the adapter to your vacuum cleaner (an adapter for Dyson models is also included). By adjusting the small opening, you can control the suction power. The two-part fitting is screwed onto a rigid plastic bottle, where all excess ballast will be collected. Then simply glide the included nozzle lightly over your tracks – no need for spoons, brushes, or any additional cleanup. The results you see in the photos are achieved with just a single pass of the vacuum.

The only thing you’ll need to provide yourself is a hose with a 10 mm inner diameter.
