Printing Details:

Attached 3mf file with minimum material use. This scenario is quite soft. This makes this model harder to open and easier to break when opening. You may also use default settings to make the form model inflexible.

I applied two versions of the model: with and without offset.
Offset applies a minimum 0.1mm space between elements, to make it easier to assemble. But it causes a risk of water leaks.
No offset means, that parts will be connected extra tightly, and it may cause an issue to put them together.

It depends on the TPU that you use. The best way is to print a small tolerance test before final printing.

I printed it using food-grade TPU 96A, but I recommend using a softer TPU, like 20D

The flexible TPU material ensures durability while allowing easy removal of the ice without breaking or cracking the mold.
Because the skull shape is quite detailed, this can not be printed with PLA, because You will be unable to remove the ice without breaking.

Increase the flow rate a bit. Standard flow and single wall may cause water leaks through the wall for some TPU materials.

Place a seam position on the back. It helps You with ice mold orientation ;)

If You like to print using 0.12 layer height, increase the Z space between the supports to 0.24mm - it helps to remove soft TPU material

Because of the tiny connectors, avoid putting supports there. The easiest way is to set XY distance between the support and the object over 1.1mm

EXAMPLE (my bad print):
too high flow rate, offset on connector is strongly required

User guide:

I tried to make it as tight and hermetic as possible, but it also needs to be possible to assemble
Too small clearances caused issues when assembly, but less tight cause water leaks

So, some rubber bands will probably be necessary to prevent leaks

A good habit is to put the form inside the bowl first time to avoid ice in the fridge ;)
When I made my first ice form, I had a full plate of ice and nothing inside ;) :D

If the Ice rock breaks when opening, don't worry. Just hold both parts for a few seconds together to reconnect them :)
