This Is a replacement Draw Latch for model C7-10-02.  The model consists of 2 parts, the rubber boot and the plastic or rubber arm.  If the original rubber boot fails, you can remove and reuse the existing arm bracket and pins with just the TPU boot.  If the arm breaks, then you can use the one here to replace it as well.
