🇬🇧 Description (English version)

This is a modular and reusable 3D scraper, designed to be efficient, functional, and eco-friendly.

🧩 It consists of 3 parts:

○BLADE → the part that scrapes the build plate. This is the only part that wears out and needs to be reprinted (only 2.60 grams of filament).

○BODY → the central perforated part, includes the slots for M3 nuts.

○BLOCK → the top clamp that secures the blade between itself and the body using two screws.

🔧 Recommended print settings:

○Layer height: 0.20 mm
 

○Infill: 15% cubic
 

○Walls: 3 perimeters

🔩 M3 nuts integration:
 

If you use the provided .3mf file, a pause is already inserted at layer 23 to allow manual placement of 2x M3 nuts.

When the printer pauses at layer 23, insert the M3 nuts into the slots.
Resume the print.
The nuts will be fully embedded into the print and ready for the final assembly.

🧰 For full assembly, you’ll need:
2x M3 nuts and 2x M3×8 mm screws

♻️ This design is made to reduce plastic waste:
you only need to print the body and block once.
When the blade wears out, just reprint that part (only 2.60g of filament).

Questo è uno scraper modulare riutilizzabile, progettato per essere facile da stampare, solido e anti-spreco.

🧩 È composto da 3 parti:

○LAMA → la parte che entra a contatto con il piatto e si consumerà nel tempo. È l’unica parte da ristampare quando si usura (solo 2,60 grammi).

○BODY → il corpo centrale traforato, che include gli alloggiamenti per i dadi M3.

○BLOCK → il bloccante superiore, che fissa la lama contro il body grazie a due viti.

🔧 Parametri di stampa consigliati:

○Altezza layer: 0.20 mm
 

○Riempimento: 15% (pattern cubico)
 

○Pareti: 3

🔩 Assemblaggio intelligente con dadi M3:
 

Se usi il file .3mf incluso, la stampa è già configurata per inserire i 2 dadi M3 durante una pausa automatica al layer 23.

Quando la stampa si ferma al layer 23:
Inserisci i dadi M3 negli appositi alloggi.
Fai ripartire la stampa normalmente.
I dadi verranno inglobati e bloccati perfettamente nel pezzo.

🧰 Per l’assemblaggio completo sono necessari:
2 dadi M3 e 2 viti M3×8 mm

♻️ Il progetto è pensato per essere sostenibile e modulare:
il body e il block vanno stampati una sola volta.
Quando si consuma la lama, basta ristampare solo quella parte, risparmiando plastica e tempo.
