The size of the cube is 56mm.

The inner size of the cube box is 58mm with a wall thickness of 7mm.

The shaft of the box should be made directly from 1.75mm filament. It does not need to be printed.

There are 8 magnets, each with a size of 5x3mm.

<Rubik’s Cube Case 2 >has been released.

Overall outer dimensions of the case: 72 × 72 × 72 mm.

Compared with the previous version, the main changes are as follows:

The top and bottom surfaces previously used fillets, but for better printability and to avoid supports, they have been changed to chamfers.

Based on user feedback that the hinge wall was too thin and prone to breaking, the hinge wall thickness has been doubled to 2 mm, making the structure much stronger.

In the previous version, the hinge protruded from the body. The hinge has now been moved inward, resulting in a completely flat back surface.

Due to the hinge position adjustment, the lid now opens to 90 degrees instead of 180 degrees. This does not affect inserting or removing the cube.

The magnet mounting positions have been slightly adjusted.

Three shallow grooves have been added near the corners on the side surfaces to provide better grip when opening the case.
