Only the inside of the head (The box) requires support which is effortless to remove because it is a flat surface.

Assembly:

Just push the inserts into the holes and they should fit snuggly without any glue.

The claws can also be inserted in both ways.

Please let me know if any if the inserts are tight or loose so that I can upload an updated version. I have already tested it multiple times with my calibrated PLA and everything works flawlessly.
