Descrição
A low-profile rotating scan table built from one central hub, three detachable arms, and a choice of two top plates. Each arm carries one 608 bearing secured by a press-fit pin, plus a fourth bearing nests under the top plate. Choose between a top plate with built-in marker posts or a smooth version for your own fiducials.
Key Features
- Modular assembly: central hub, three arms, base, and two top-plate variants
- Four 608 bearings (8 × 22 × 7 mm): three in arms, one under the top plate
- Press-fit pins lock bearings into the arms
- Two top-plate options:
- Version A: with integrated tracking markers for reality capture(AMS REQUIRED)(0.4mm nozzle works but 0.2 maybe better)
- Version B: smooth surface for custom-applied markers
- Base supports wobble-free rotation of the top plate
- The opposing markers are 15cm apart so they can be used to scale the model in RealityCapture by defining the distances
Assembly Instructions
- Print parts(Matte filament recommended):
- arm.stl (×3)
- base.stl
- One top-plate variant:
- top_plate_marked.stl for built-in posts
- top_plate_plain.stl for a smooth surface
- For each arm:
- Press a 608 bearing into the circular cavity.
- Insert the provided pin through the retaining holes to lock the bearing.
Snap the three arms into the central hub until they are equal height. It should be a friction fit but you can secure the arms with some CA glue to be safe.

Press the fourth 608 bearing into the bottom pocket of your chosen top plate.

- Place the top plate (bearing-side down) onto the assembled hub and arms, resting on the base.
- Verify smooth, wobble-free rotation by hand.
