**UPDATE**

01/17/26

Added shallow rack profile (200mm depth)

Updated drawing with measurements to standardized depth.

12/31/25

Medium Height racks were added to both normal and wide widths.

12/20/25

Thin version lengths were standardized. Previously the short version was a few mm shallower than the rest. I adjusted the rest to match to the wide versions.

08/27/25

Added Wide and Tall variations.

Added assembly instructions. (See end of description)

Update notes:

IMPORTANT: There are pauses before the first layer on all plates for the wide racks. This is to remove the purge line before the print begins. If you don't remove the purge line it will get printed over and be stuck to your print. If you print with your own settings, do not forget to add these pauses.

I do apologize for the time it took me to get this update posted. I ran into more issues with sizing and height. You might notice the wide racks are a tiny bit shallower than the original racks. This is because the width made it too large to print on a P1S. The corner posts on the tall racks are also thicker. With the thinner post, the vibrations would wiggle the posts and they didn't print well. This would definitely be much worse on an A1. I would still recommend slowing the print speed if printing these on a bed slinger.

It was also noted in some of the comments that the slider bends slightly. I am aware of that I am looking at options to help improve the rigidity of the slider, but am trying to economize filament and space as well.. At the moment it doesn't seem to be much of an issue though. I have a mason jar full of seasoning in my large rack and it holds it. While it does bend, I don't fear it breaking or falling out.

Thank you all for your support and boosts! I really do appreciate it and it definitely motivates me to keep working on more designs! Feel free to comment with your suggestions!

I have been wanting to organize my spices and I had seen some similar racks, but the one I tried printing was too skinny and short. The others that I found looked to be remixes of remixes and had strange artifacts so here is my attempt at a sliding spice rack.

No hardware needed.

Just double sided tape. I used VHB tape.

I designed the pin that holds the rack on the slider to attach with a small piece of filament. The T piece will feed through the round piece with the cut out. Stick the pin into the rack with a hole, and attach the second round piece to the pin with a short piece of filament.

After completing that portion I used VHB tape to mount the rack in the cupboard.

Then I completed the rack with super glue, adding the second layer and then the cap with super glue.

Total height (Double): 310.5 mm

Width: 60 mm

Single rack height (with slider and cap): 163.5 mm

Slider height: 13.5 mm

Single rack: 147 mm

Cap: 3 mm

Assembly:

After printing all pieces, insert slider into rail.

Align bottom rack (The one with the hole in the base) with the slot in the slider. Assemble pin by inserting “T” post into the round with the corresponding indentation. Insert assembled pin through bottom rack and slider. While holding it in place, flip over entire unit.

Place round with the hole in the side over the pin ensuring that the hole on the pin and round line up. Use an extra piece of filament and push it through both the round and pin. Trim the excess filament.

Apply double sided tape to the bottom of the rail. (Ensure that the cap is placed onto the rail as well. Recommended, but optional, glue the top rack to the bottom rack. The bottom of the top rack will have indentations that match to the top of the bottom rack corner posts.

Place top rack onto bottom ensuring a tight fit. Repeat glueing with the cap. Line up the rack and attach with double sided tape.

Enjoy your new rack!
