This is a redesign of this great concept by DerHoffi. 
Redesign changes:

• Bigger and beefier to make it more stable
• Angled the PTFE tube pass-through holes for minimal bending
• Added ball bearings for smooth rotation
• Added spool numbering tags
• Added a wire anchor to keep the data cable from impinging on the spools

Why this design?

Like DerHoffi, I have my Bambu A1 in an enclosure and I wanted to top-mount the AMS Lite. Since the AMS is up high, I also needed easy access to the spools so a rotatable design was a perfect solution. This solution assumes you can cut a 30mm diameter hole in the top of your enclosure to pass the PTFE tubes through.

Assembly

1. Place 30 BBs into the circular track in the center of the base
2. Place the center shaft tube into the base
3. Screw the locking ring around the shaft tube and into the base
4. Invert the AMS Lite and insert it into the shaft tube's cutout
5. Pass the four PTFE tubes from the AMS through the closest pass-through hole in the shaft tube
6. Attach the spool numbering tags onto the ends of the reels with 3M double-sided foam tape
7. Attach the wire anchor to one end of the AMS body, secure the wire with a zip tie to the anchor
