ER25 Collet Nut Spanner/key – custom-designed for safe tightening and loosening of ER25 collet nuts. This ergonomic key is ideal for CNC tool changes or spindle setups where compact or lightweight tools are preferred.

While this model has been successfully tested in real workshop environments, I strongly recommend printing it in reinforced high-strength filament such as:

• PA6-CF
• PPA-CF
• Or at minimum PETG-CF 

Avoid standard PLA or ABS, as the torque load may cause failure under stress.

For best durability:

• 100% infill
• 0.2 mm layer height
• 4+ perimeters
