Designed to prevent kitchen drawers from getting jammed by items which have shifted and get caught on the top edge of the cabinet. I cannot say that it prevents all jams but I can say that it has reduced them quite a bit. It also contains a ledge for proper alignment to the top of the drawer opening.

This model is parametric and should be adjustable within Maker World. Each parameter is in millimeters. 

SlopeHeight is the distance between the top edge of the opening and the countertop or obstruction. default seems to be a good height.

DrawerWidth is the width of the drawer opening (or at least the width of the drawer).

CabinetThickness is the thickness of the cabinet face.

Printing tips: My drawers required the model to be split to fit on the build plate, you may need to do the same. I also split the model part way to make printing easier. As far as print settings I used 3 walls and standard infill.

Mounting Advice: Wipe the inside of the cabinet where the model will be placed with a wet paper towel to remove dust. Align thin face flush with the top of the cabinet opening and make sure the wedge is flush on the inner side of the cabinet. See included picture as an example. Double sided tape was a failure for me. I also tried applying painters' tape to the model and the inner side of the cabinet and superglue, it did work and should be removable. Alien Tape also worked surprisingly well.
