Utilizing the parametric designer, you can easily create a one-of-a-kind keychain featuring your name, a special word, initials, or any text you desire. With options for different text styles and fonts, you have complete creative control to design a truly personal accessory.

• Personalized Text Content: Simply type your desired name, a meaningful word, or any text directly within the MakerWorld Customizer! (Note: For optimal results, avoid spaces in the text content if possible.)
• Font Variety & Control: Choose from 20 different fonts to match your personal style, Plus, easily adjust the font size.
• Three Unique Text Styles: Select how your text appears on the keychain:
  • "Raised": The text will stand above the keychain's surface, creating a classic, tactile feel.
  • "Debossed": The text will be neatly recessed into the keychain's surface, offering an engraved look.
  • "Flat": The text will be flush with the keychain's top surface. 
    • Print Face Down Option (NEW!):
      • Only applicable when 'Text Style' is set to 'Flat'.
      • Enable this option to automatically flip the model 180 degrees. This allows you to print the text side directly on your build plate, often resulting in an incredibly smooth and professional-looking top surface for your text.
• Adjustable loop placement:  Move the keychain loop to make sure it is in the perfect location.

Assembly/Post-Processing Instructions: No complex assembly required! Once printed, simply attach a standard jump ring or keyring through the integrated hole on the keychain.

Things to Watch Out For:

• Text Length: Very long texts may result in a very long keychain. Consider text size and desired length.
• Small Details: While the customizer offers flexibility, very thin or intricate fonts at small sizes might require careful slicing or a slightly slower print speed to ensure all details are captured.
• Filament Choice:  Matte filament is not recommended for the base of the key chain.
• Ironing: Recemented for Top Serfaces

Ready to design your unique keychain? Follow this quick guide to use all the powerful new options in the MakerWorld Customizer for your personalized text keychain!

1. Text Settings

• Text Content: Type your desired name, word, or message. (Note: Avoid spaces if possible for best results.)
• Font Type: Choose from 20 available fonts (e.g., Coiny, Lobster, Pacifico).
• Font Size: Adjust the size of your text within the keychain.
• Text Style:
  • "Raised": Text stands out from the surface.
  • "Debossed": Text is cut into the surface (engraved look).
  • "Flat": Text is flush with the surface 
• Print Face Down:
  • Only applicable when 'Text Style' is set to 'Flat'.
  • Set to true to flip the model 180 degrees. This prints the text side directly on your build plate for a super smooth top surface.

2. Keyring Loop Settings

These options give you full control over how your keyring loop looks and connects!

• Keyring Hole Diameter: Set the size of the inner hole where your metal keyring or jump ring will go.
• Keyring Loop Outer Diameter: Controls the overall size of the loop that attaches to the keychain body.
• Loop Base Blending: Adjusts how smoothly the loop's base blends into the main keychain body. Higher values create a wider, softer transition.
• Loop Horizontal Position: Moves the entire keyring loop left or right relative to your text. Increase this value to shift the loop further towards the left.
• Make Loop Oblong: Turn ON (true) to stretch the keyring loop horizontally, making it wider and more oval-shaped.

3. Color

• Base Color: Pick the color for the keychain's main body.
• Text Color: Choose the color for your personalized text.
  • (Note: These colors are for visualization in the customizer. Actual multi-color printing is achieved by setting filament changes in your slicer.)

4. Generate & Download

Once your design is perfect, click the "Generate Model" then "Download" button in the Customizer to get your custom 3MF or STL file ready for printing!
