Descrição
I am new to Makerworld so boosts and likes are very much appreciated if you enjoy the print! This model is a design that I thought of and created from the ground up so any feedback is also much appreciated!
This is the new version of the fun tabletop string ring toss game that we all know and love. It is a two-player game that can be played as a drinking game using your own shot glass or with the optional game piece that I designed. The horizontal arms fold up to allow for space saving purposes when being stored.
RULES
- The filled shot glass or game piece starts in the middle slot of the game base.
- Both players sitting across from one another start tossing the rings at the same time and with each “ringer” (when the ring lands on the hook) that player moves the shot glass/game piece one slot towards the opposing player.
- The game continues until a player wins by making one last ringer that puts the shot glass/game piece past the final slot on the game base.
- If using a filled shot glass, the losing player must drink the liquid that's inside the shot glass as the champion watches with a smile on their face.

GAME BASE (shot glass/game piece base) - 3mm x 220mm x 40mm
-Shot glass/game piece slots in base - fits shot glasses up to 36mm in diameter at the base of the shot glass. If you want to use a shot glass that doesn't fit in the slots you can simply turn the base upside down for a flat smooth surface.
GAME PIECE - 115mm x 34mm x 32mm
Parts not included in print (see in photos):
- Thin string (such as fishing line or sewing thread) - 2 strings cut to at least 14 inches each
- 2 welded rings with a 5/8in inside diameter (a larger diameter up to 1in can also be used to make the game slightly easier) - keychain rings or metal washers can also be used in place of welded rings.
*Both parts are cheap and can be found at the nearest hardware store.
For the model I printed (in photos), I used a Bambu Lab X1E printer and Bambu Lab PLA Basic Filament. Once the pieces were printed, I spray painted them to achieve the look I was hoping for before final assembly. I used a #10x5/8" welded ring (part# 502-B at Ace Hardware) and 6lb monofilament fishing line.
*Note: Once all pieces are printed, I recommend gluing the assembly pieces together for maximum stability, but this is completely optional.
***FUN IDEA FOR PLAYING ON THE WATER: To play while in the pool, hot tub, or any other body of water simply tape the base of the assembly and the shot glass base to a cutting board, sit the cutting board on a floaty (that sits above the water line), and let the fun begin!
I hope everyone enjoys this print as much as we have! Thank you!!!
