This is a front grill insert I made for my C5 Z06 track car, these were designed using a 3D scan of my front bumper and use the OEM crew locations so they fit just like original.  I printed these on my Bambu P1S out of ASA CF because of it's weather resistance and how easy it is to glue together.  I printed these with a .6mm nozzle and .15mm layer height with 100% infill density.

After I hit a racoon and destroyed one of the OEM front grills I discovered they're discontinued by the manufacturer and the only option was paying hundreds of dollars on Ebay.  Print some of these for a fraction of the cost instead.
