🟦 Modular Hexagon Wall Shelf – Interlocking, Wall-Mounted Design

This is a compact, modular hexagon shelf designed to be wall-mounted. Each unit connects using a simple interlocking system, allowing for easy expansion and customizable arrangements. It’s ideal for small decorative items or lightweight storage, with a clean geometric aesthetic.

🧩 The model includes an interlocking connection, and while support structures are modeled into the file (especially around the connector areas), I was able to print everything without supports using a Bambu Lab A1 mini — results may vary depending on your printer and settings.

🪛 The shelf can be fixed to the wall using the top mounting hole, with 4 mm diameter screws and wall plugs. This makes it stable and easy to install.

📦 I printed all parts in PLA, and the structure turned out to be strong and reliable for lightweight items such as small potted plants, miniatures, keys, or other small objects.

➕ The file also includes an optional cover piece to hide the exposed top connector when the shelf is used alone or as the top unit in a stack.

• Width: 17.4 cm
• Height: 15.4 cm
• Depth: ~7 cm

🔍 Scaling notice: The model can be resized, but I haven’t tested it. In particular, scaling it down might affect the interlocking tolerances, so proceed with caution if you plan to shrink the design.
