3D-Printed Lifting Straps – High-Performance TPU Design

These lifting straps are fully 3D printed in flexible and durable TPU, offering a comfortable, form-fitting grip for serious lifters.

Designed with a wrist-hugging contour structure, the straps naturally conform to your wrist shape, distributing pressure evenly during heavy lifts — reducing strain.

The strap end that wraps around the barbell or weight features integrated grip teeth, improving traction and minimizing slippage compared to traditional fabric straps.

Despite being 3D printed, these straps are surprisingly strong — under normal use, the average person will not be able to tear them. They’ve been gym-tested and proven to outperform my conventional cheap straps in both grip and comfort.

• Strap Width: 3.5 cm
• Strap Length: approx. 55 cm
• Material: TPU (recommended: 95A or similar)

Print Recommendations: 
Prioritize wall count / wall thickness over infill for optimal strength.
Suggested: 3–5 walls, 0.2 mm layer height, minimal infill (15–20% or even 0%, depending on setup).

All print settings are included in the provided .3mf (Bambu Studio) project file for easy 1-click printing or customization.
