Tool to analyze 3D printer tolerances

The purpose of this tool is to measure the tolerances of the 3D printer so that perfect connections can be designed.

The nominal dimension is 10 mm.

Base

This object contains the holes with offsets so as to achieve the best fit. The offset value is the one marked on the surface, so .15 means that 0.15mm was added to the nominal dimension (in the case of the cylinder, the diameter is 10.15mm).

The smaller holes are for testing the M3 and M4 threaded inserts sold on the bambulab website.

Square-based parallelepiped with base dimensions of 10 mm x 10 mm.
