Print profiles for 0.2 and 0.4 nozzle, better with 0.2. Profiles for AMS and with pauses for color changes.

Hueforge information:

    Print at 100% infill with a layer height of 0.08mm with a base layer of 0.16mm
    You may print at higher layer heights below the Min Depth of 0.48mm
    The Max Depth is 2.2mm and the Actual Depth is 2.3mm

Swap Instructions:
    Start with Charcoal (11101)
    At layer #9 (0.8mm) swap to Blue Gray (10602)
    At layer #13 (1.12mm) swap to Orange (10300)
    At layer #22 (1.84mm) swap to Desert Tan (11401) for the rest.
