Glue both parts together
If you have a belt sander, file, or anything like it- I would recommend using it if you want to sharpen it, 3d printed blades are always very dull and in my experience won't cut cardboard right off the build plate.
I've added a lot of holes in the design to make it feel more tactical and military like.
