I needed spool holders for some stickers and shipping labels and decided to experiment with the new MakerWorld parametric features.

This prints 2 pieces (a base and a spindle) that do not require supports or additional tools.

The spindle snaps into place so the roll of labels cannot fall out, while still allowing it to spin freely..

To customize the size:

1. Click the “Customize” button underneath the print profile.
2. Set the width of your spool in millimeters. 53mm is the default for 2" wide stickers.
3. Press “Generate”.
4. Download the STL.
5. Open in Bambu Studio and print.

The spindle diameter is fixed at 24mm, or slightly under 1" so that 1" inner diameter rolls will work.

Using the “Customize" feature will not transfer my print settings.

I recommend downloading my print file and inserting the new STL.

Recommended settings:

• 0.20mm Standard 
• 3 wall loops
• 15% Cross Hatch infill

This should work for most common label and sticker sizes, but setting an extremely low or high width in the customizer will probably cause issues.
