The WorkoutTracker is a small but powerful tool for anyone who wants to bring more structure and clarity into their workouts – whether you train at home, in the gym, or outside in the park.
Instead of using a traditional weekly workout plan, this tracker works as a reward system…
👉 You only drop in a coin after you've actually completed a workout!
Week by week, this creates a clear and honest picture of your activity and with every coin dropped, your motivation grows.

🧩 How does it work?
Each coin represents a completed workout.
I’ve created different coin designs to visually show what kind of session you did, for example:
💪 Strength training (muscle building)
🏃 Running (cardio)
🤸 Jump rope (cardio)
📦 And many more are possible…
The bright green fields automatically mark Rest Days….. and they’re just as important as your training days.
So at a glance, you’ll know:
