A custom-designed 3D printed mount tailored for Eufy (Anker) Motion Sensors. This mount addresses limitations I personally believe are present in the OEM version by offering an extended range of movement and flexibility in positioning and coverage.

The motion sensor body is elevated from the base, eliminating most issues related to interference with the mounted surface. The angled stem also allows for a greater angle between the mounted surface and the motion sensor body. This model mirrors the OEM mounting, therefore the OEM screws can be used and the pitch of the holes is exactly the same if replacing an already affixed mount.

Print Details:

• Prints without any supports (so long as the uploaded profile is utilised).
• 0.4mm Nozzle
• 0.2mm layer height used up until the ball head, then 0.1mm layer height used. I have done this to maximise print speed while maintaining no overhangs and smooth ball joint for mount. Can print the entire mount in 0.1mm layer height for higher quality finish.
• Resolution 0.006, 4 wall loops, 5 bottom & top layers, 15% gyroid infill, infill combination used, small perimeters: 30mm/s @ 4mm threshold.
• A number of speed configurations have been setup in the profile provided to help make the print more universally stable.
