Mini Labyrith - Wooden Labyrinth Inspired - Fully Functional

EDIT (2026-03-09):

Added a second print profile with an EASY version of the Labyrinth (only the labyrinth part, not the entire structure)

Note: try it in reverse for a MEDIUM difficulty level

I took inspiration from an old labyrinth toy I used to play with when I was a child.

The contest Mini-Arcade gave me the final motivation I needed to develop it.

It took me some tests before making the final version with good tolerances, but finally I made it.

Assembly instructions

1 - Connect the labyrinth to the square frame

 Take frame, labyrinth, 2 PIN and 2 Locking washer

Put PIN through holes (countersunk side goes inside), then insert the locking washer. Repeat on the other side.

2 - Assemble the moving mechanism

Take the base and place the semicircular piece indicated in its position

Add the pinion

Take one of the two knobs and insert the short shaft

Insert the shaft through the base and through the pinion, then lock it with the locking washer

Repeat the process with the other knob, the long shaft, the other semicircular piece and lock with the other locking washer

You now should have this situation

Test the two knobs, they should move freely

Rotate them so the two pinions are in the middle of the semicircular pieces

3 - Put everything together

Position the labyrinth onto the base

Align the holes and put the pin through the holes (countersunk side goes inside)

Make sure the pin is flush with the base external surface, then lock it in place with the locking washer.

Repeat on the other side
